SMS consent is stored as part of your client record. We do not share or sell SMS consent  data. 

By providing your mobile number on any I-GA form or scheduling page, you consent to  receive text messages under the terms of this policy.

7. Your Rights and Choices

8. Data Retention & Deletion 

We retain former client information for a minimum of five years, as required by federal and  Virginia state regulations. 

Certain files may be retained longer to fulfill tax, legal, or archival obligations. We maintain  confidentiality and security protocols for all stored data, even after your client relationship  ends. 

9. Protection of Intellectual Property & Restrictions on Automated Access  Intentional-Growth Advisors, LLC (“I‑GA”) owns all rights to the H.I.M.E.™ Framework,  Financial House™ model, diagrams, behavioral tools, educational materials, videos,  downloadable files, and all related intellectual property. 

To protect this proprietary information, I‑GA prohibits: 

• Automated scraping, crawling, or AI‑driven collection of website content • Use of website content for training or developing AI or machine-learning models • Reproduction or redistribution of proprietary materials without written permission 

I‑GA uses industry‑standard legal, administrative, and technical controls intended to limit  unauthorized automated access and protect proprietary intellectual property. Unauthorized  automated access may violate copyright, trademark, or cybersecurity laws.
